Sitting around the dinner table today with one of my employees and two racehorse owners, I shared a few of my many stories from my 30+ year long carreer of training thoroughbred racehorses. I shared stories of racehorses I trained, races at the Keeneland Race Track and at Churchill Downs, trainers of thoroughbreds which ran in the Kentucky Derby, fillies which ran in the Kentucky Oaks, and the longshots I trained which won races against horses trained by big name trainers. Hours later, my guests asked if I would share these stories with others.
After considerable thought (and considerable arm twisting by my guests), I decided to share my stories with others on this website. So please check back regularly to read my stories about training thoroghbred racehorses. However, please note that I while I am sharing these stories, please honor my copyright to this material in the event I decide to publish these experiences elsewhere. Of course, individuals desiring to use my stories elsewhere may contact me directly for appropriate permission to use my stories.
